The Bug

Let me introduce myself. My name is Taylor Cunningham.  I was bitten by the travel bug pretty early in life and now I find myself more comfortable in a car or an airplane than sitting at home. I am a student at the University of Missouri, majoring in International Studies which is the only major I though translated to “future world traveler.”

I am using this blog to write about my travels both in the United States and abroad. I have kept journals on several of my travels but I’ve decided that a blog would allow me to expand my own enthusiasm for travel and keep my creative juices flowing. I am a firm believer that everybody should leave their comfort zone. And by comfort zone, I mean home. By staying home we encourage ourselves to believe that everything else will be there when want it to be. But people’s lives change and the truth is we won’t be here forever. GO NOW! I’m the type of person that would pack their life up into a suitcase and never look back. This is my passion and I will pursue it with all of my might. I value all adventures, great and small. I’d do almost anything for a ticket to the world, but for now I’ll settle for the next plane ticket out.

“The impulse to travel is one of the hopeful symptoms of life.” Agnes Repplier

  1. I shall henceforth, from this day forward be known as the one who was FIRST. All others are, well, not FIRST. Happy Blogging.
